i´ve found a new solution: google searchformS ( text field lenght from 3 characers -> 255 char ) in the taskbar or better arranged as a autohide toolbar on the left screen edge. Both solutions allows to request the rezisible searchhistory dropdownmenu, so the small size of the textfield doesn´t matter. To do: Arrange 1kg.de as a NEW toolbar beside or above the toolbar "quick launch". 1kg.de shows the google.com resultpage. 2 hours after if found this solution i´ve published it on this coverd Window but with a permission: Inside there is a MS xbox lounge. Ms like streetart ? or the company who orgenize the events and the renovation of the building?

you have to drag and drop a toolbar from the taskbar to the left screen edge than dock it with a klick on the colored toolbar title and a small movement to the edge. Set the propertise with rightklick -- always on top ---- auto hide . deactivate the title "6", if you want.
